This classic adventure cliche, mixed with some great humor and hardcore action, leads to another DCEU hit the fans love. This was truly the sequel that fans wanted, and James Gunn delivered big time.

An empathetic main character risking their life for a person or cause by going into the unknown has adventure material written all over it, and the writers did not disappoint with the opportunity to capitalize on this concept. In fact, only one recent movie does it better.
